From here, you can set up a default template for an email to be sent out to your suppliers informing them that parts need to be returned and collected from your stock room.
This setting can be accessed through the 'Stock Control' section of your system settings. If you do not have this option or a 'Stock Control' section enabled, please contact support to rectify this if you believe you should have the Stock Control module enabled.
You can make any edits you need to as well as entering a footer if you'd like. Once done, click 'Save' in order to make this email live.
- You can use 'tagging' in order to enter some dynamic fields that will be auto-filled with the appropriate information.
- This is helpful with regards to formatting your message to address your suppliers directly as well as contain any pertinent information without you having to manually add it in each instance.
