There may be occasional issues with thing such as GPS connectivity if your trackers are in remote locations, strange positions or just installed incorrectly. It is useful to be able to get a general idea of why the issues have arisen by troubleshooting. Here are a few possible indicators of issues with your tracker(s):
Navigation LED
Light is permanently switched on - This could mean that the GNSS signal is not being received (GNSS: global navigation satellite system).
Blinking every second - This is fine. IT simply means your tracker is behaving normally and the GNSS is working.
Light off completely - this means that the GNSS is turned off. This could be due to the device being in sleep mode or not working.
Status LED
Blinking every second - Again, this just shows the device is functioning normally.
Blinking fast for a short time - This will be down to the modem activity.
Blinking every couple of seconds - This display means the device is in sleep mode.
Off - This indicates either that the device is not working or is in 'boot mode'.
IF there are no lights showing at all, you will need to get your installer to investigate the connections to check for issues there.
Please note that whilst we will do everything we can to help diagnose and support with any issues that arrive, we will not necessarily be able to remotely fix issues with trackers.
