Logging in after the initial 24hr window has expired

If you are unable to log into your Commusof account within the first 24 hours of it having been set up, you may find yourself being locked out of the system. This is an automated process and can be easily rectified.

First, go to app.commusoft.co.uk and click 'Forgotten password'.

After this, you will be able to enter your ID and username (which can be found in your first login email).

Once you've submitted these details, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password which will allow you to log in. You can use the 'Forgotten password' link at any point if need be.
