Purpose: Integrating with Stripe streamlines the payment process, offering convenience and security for both you and your customers. Cater to different customer needs, online payments or over the phone, increasing the likelihood of successful transactions.

Please note:

  • Deferred payments are valid for 7 days in Stripe.
  • You cannot process payments of less than £0.30 via Stripe due to Stripe fees
  • Find out more about Stripe services on their website
  • MOTO payment method should be used if taking payments over the phone (MOTO must be enabled on your Stripe account before this can be utilised, please contact Stripe to check this)

View integration

Profile icon > Integrations > Payments > Stripe

Setup integration

  1. Add integration > Connect to Stripe > Sign in on Stripe site
  2. Select Commusoft payment method from drop-down
  3. Tick 'MOTO payment method' > Continue

Manage integration

Manage integration > Change payment method > Continue


Disconnect > Type 'Disconnect' > Disconnect
