Import customers

This setting was previously called: Importing data.

Purpose: You can bulk upload customers to the Commusoft system at any point. This can be achieved by importing a CSV file. Bulk uploading your customers’ information saves you the time and hassle of having to input them all individually. This means that you can upload up to 5,000 at one time (please note that you would not be able to upload any more than this in one spreadsheet).

1. Go to profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Import customers
   
   
2. Select your already created CSV formatted sheet. You can see the list of required and available column headings here
   
   
3. After importation, you may receive an email with a pass / fail message. Please reference the email for any failures in why it may not have imported correctly.
