Pricing items refer to the various items you can create and store within Commusoft to be used when creating invoices in the system. These can be created individually or uploaded en-masse to Commusoft in the form of a CSV file (as created through Microsoft Excel, for example). You can also download a list of existing pricing items from Commusoft to your computer as a CSV file.
- In order to download a list of your existing pricing items, first, go to your system settings and open 'Pricing items' from the 'General settings' section.
- This page will display a list of your existing pricing items as well as the option to add more. At the bottom of the page, open the 'Advanced options' section.
- From here, you will be presented with 2 options, one to upload a CSV file of pricing items, and one to download them as a CSV file:
- Clicking 'Download Excel' will download a list of your current pricing items. You will receive a notification once the download has been completed.
