Branches

Purpose: With large numbers of work addresses split across multiple offices for company customers, knowing which branch manages which properties ensures you are always dealing with the correct contact at the correct company location when working with large estate agents.

Please note:

  • Required fields are indicated with an asterisk (*)
  • Branches must be on same customer to merge

View customer branches

Navigate to property dashboard > Branches.

Add new branch

Add new branch > Enter address information > Save branch.

Edit new branch

Actions > Edit > Amend information > Save

Merge branch

  1. Actions > Edit > Advanced options
  2. Search for branch in ‘With’ field > Select from results > Merge
  3. Type ‘merge’ > Confirm merge branch

Delete branch

Actions > Delete > Type ‘delete’ > Delete
