Purpose: Many companies focus on holidays with scheduling, this setting allows you to set a holiday with specific days that can be assigned to users.
Please note: You cannot edit the configuration once it has been saved. If you need to change it, you must delete the public holiday itself and then re-enter it.
- Go to profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left handed 'Categories' area > Public holiday templates. To add a holiday, add the name of the holiday, and select the year > Configure > Select date > ‘Add public holiday group date’. You can do this as much as needed, with dates, times, years, etc going as far as 5 years ahead to set the holidays.
Adding a holiday to a user
- To assign a public holiday group to a user, navigate to the profiel button > settings > search ‘Users’ or navigate to Users > Users > View the user you want to add the holiday to > Edit business details > Select the holiday > Save.
