How do I convert a final invoice into a different type of invoice?

You can raise various kinds of invoices aside from final invoices. An additional or interim invoice will create an invoice, but not mark the job as closed. A final invoice will close the job off.

1. First, search for the invoice you'd like to convert and click into it. 
   
   
2. Click 'View' next to the invoice.
   
   
3. Click 'Edit' on the invoice (Invoice breakdown section).
   
   
4. At the top of the page, you will see a dropdown of invoice types.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the one you wish to use.
   
   
6. Then click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
