Unfortunately, you cannot transfer properties within Commusoft.
If you need to move a property from one owner to another please go through the following steps:
- Open the property. From here, click into the 'Notes and communications' tab. Create a new note.
- Tick the box next to 'Important'. This will add another option called 'Do not work with again' when you tick this box it will remove the option to add estimate/jobs/diary events etc for this customer.
- Go into the new property owner, from here, click on the 'Work address' tab and add the property once more. This will ensure any new invoices are created under the new owner, and all old ones remain under the previous owner's account.
