This setting concerns the way in which PPM jobs will be automatically set up within Commusoft. The jobs will be auto-created according to the specifications you choose. This section allows you to establish how many days before a job due that an event is actually created. On top of this, you can also choose which specific groups will be notified in this instance.
Please note: If you set this up and then go back and change it, it may interfere with the creating of your PPM jobs and lead to confusion. Please be careful when editing this setting.
In order to edit this, simply go to the 'Contracts' section of your system settings and open up 'PPM job auto-creation'. From here, you can set up both the number of days before the task is due that you'd like the jobs to be created and decide which groups you want to inform. If you need to edit the list of groups, you can just click the cross next to them and select another if need be.
