Within Commusoft, you have the ability to switch a customers 'type' from a Private Customer to a Company for example. Read here how to set up your customer types.
This should only be used in areas where a mistake has been made, e.g if the wrong type of account was selected when entering the property. If the customer turns from a private customer to a company for example, please create a new account to reflect the change in status.
In order to change this, go to the customer profile and click 'Edit customer' from the first section. From this page, scroll down to the bottom and open the 'Advanced options' section. This will allow you to change the customer type (as displayed in the GIF above), ensure you hit 'Save' afterward.
