The job report can be sent to the customer after the job is completed in order to inform the customer of what work was completed on-site. You can customise what information you add to the job report from here.
- In order to do this, first click on the settings icon in the top right corner and click 'System settings'. From the 'Job' section, click 'Job report customisation'.
- You will see a page with tick boxes, click the tick box next to the details you'd like to be on your job report.
- Be sure to click 'Save' in the bottom right to apply these changes going forwards.
