You can create a recall job. A recall job is linked to the original job and contains a 'who is to blame' field. This is where you can select a member of staff to link this recall to. This is used for when you need to revisit a property after works have been done for example.
How to create a recall job
- Click into the search bar and search for the customer/work address with the job you want to create a recall for. You will then see a list of customers/work addresses that are related to your search.
Click on the name of the customer/work address to open their account. (Or search for the job number, select it from the list and skip to step 3).
- Within the ongoing work section click View next to the job you want to raise a recall for.
- You can now see all of the details related to that job, including its overview, diary events and parts. Click 'Quick links' in the top right corner. Then click 'Create a recall'.
- You will see a page where you can add the details of the recall job. Fill in the information as required and click 'Save'.
