Office tasks

Create and assign to-do tasks against estimates, jobs, customers and opportunities, ensuring that tasks are communicated and completed to manage tasks efficiently across your teams.


Add New Office Task

➡️ Go to Diary event / Customer / Job / Estimate / Survey > Diary event > Tap the menu icon > Office task

  • Assign to: Choose the user responsible for the task.
  • Description: Enter the task details. Use "#" to label tasks for easier reporting and filtering.


Edit Office Task

➡️ Select the office task > Edit > Modify Assign to / Description > Save


Delete Office Task

➡️ Swipe left on the task > Click Delete > Confirm deletion
