You can automatically set labour and travel costs per user.
To do this, first, go to your 'Company settings'. From here, click 'Users'.
After this, click 'View' next to the user you would like to set automatic cost and sale values for.
You will see a section called 'Business details'. Click 'Edit business details' in this section.
You can now enter labour cost and sale values:
- Cost This is the value in £/hr that this user costs your business.
- Sale This is the value in £/hr that you charge for this users services.
Ensure you hit 'Save' before leaving the page to ensure the changes stick.
