In order to complete an estimate or job, you will need to first accept, travel, and arrive at that event. These steps can all be carried out through the app once the job has been created and assigned to you.
- Click the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
- This will open the menu. Click 'View diary'. Find the diary event you would like to accept, travel, arrive to. This will open the details of this event. You will see two buttons at the top of the page.
- Click 'Accept' if you want to start this job.
- Click 'Reject' if you feel you may not be able to attend this event for whatever reason. - When you have clicked 'Accept', the app will then allow you to travel to this event. You can click the arrow in the customer details to open Google maps and navigate to this event.
- Click 'Travel' when you have started your journey.
- Click 'Abort' if you feel you may not be able to attend this event for any reason. - You will now have the option to 'Arrive', mark a 'No access' instance, or 'Abort'.
- 'Arrive' should be clicked as you enter the property and greet the customer.
- 'No access' should be clicked if the customer is not home or for whatever reason, you can't enter the property.
- 'Abort' should be clicked if the estimate/job needs to be cancelled for whatever reason.
