If you'd like to add a user onto your diary, you can do this through your company settings. Having users displayed on your diary can help with visibility of the various jobs they are carrying out and help you plan accurately according to their availability. Similarly, you can remove users if need be.
- In order to add a user to your diary display, open your company settings and scroll down to 'Users', this will bring up a list of your current users.
- Click 'View' next to the user that you wish to add. Scroll down to the 'Business details' section of their profile and click 'Edit business details'.
- From here, you can select whether or not you'd like your user to appear in the diary, you can change this setting at any time to add and remove users as necessary.
