If you or a member of your team loses their phone or mobile device, you will need to delete the API key related to the device that has been lost, this will ensure that it can no longer access Commusoft.
- First, go to your company settings.
- From here, click API keys.
- Find the key related to you or the person who lost their phone.
- Click 'Delete' next to that API key.
- The application will no longer sync.
- Download the application on a new phone, and log in with your details.
