Why isn't my invoice printing?

This is likely to be a printer issue. Read below for troubleshooting tips to try and rectify the issue.

  1. When you click to print, you will see a window similar to the one below. If, as below, the destination is set to Save as PDF, you will be presented with a save option, not a print option.


  2. To fix this, click the change button below destination and select your printer.
