Configurable estimate templates allow you to manage various workflows efficiently. You can specify templates for different tasks, use tagging to ensure concise information, and save templates for creating or editing estimates across Commusoft.
Tagging
Tagging in the system helps add dynamic information to your estimates, reducing administrative workload and making it easier to send personalized documentation to customers.
View Setting
➡️ Go to Profile Button > Settings > Estimates > Estimate Templates.
Add New Estimate Template
- You will see a form on the left-hand side and a list of existing templates on the right-hand side.
- Add your new estimate template on the left and click Save. The template will appear in the list on the right.
Label as "Quotes"
- You can choose to label your estimates as Quotes by clicking the checkbox option.
Configure Estimate Template
Once titled and labelled, click Configure Estimate Template to enter your estimate text. You can use tagging to personalize the content or tailor it to the specific estimate being carried out.
