Your email signature message is the text that appears at the bottom of all emails sent from Commusoft. There are many templates within the system, with this setting you don't need to worry about signing off every template or manual email.
You can access and edit this message through your company settings. Scroll down and open the setting 'Email signature message'. From here, you'll be able to craft your message in the dialogue box. You can also import images to be included in the body of this message. This could be anything from certifications and qualifications to company logos or awards you've won. Once you've created this message (or made any amendments if you're just editing), ensure you click 'Save'.
