Edit a service reminder

You can edit a service reminder linked to a customer. This is useful if someone has made a mistake.

Please note:

• The service reminder date should not be edited. If you do need to change the date, please delete and re-add the service reminder with the new date. If the date is edited, this will affect the service reminder sending process and cause them not to refresh correctly
• You cannot edit/change the service type of an existing service reminder

Editing a service reminder

1. Navigate to the customer's/work addresses dashboard > View

      2. Edit service reminder

                  ● Due date > Calendar Icon > Pick a date

                  ● Send to > Dropdown > Choose different contact
