This setting was previously called: Job arrive signature message.
Purpose: You may want to have a customer confirm when an engineer has arrived at their address. This helps with accountability and adds a timeline to the work. This is important in maintaining relationships and keeping accountability.
- Go to the profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Job arrive signature setting.
- You can choose no or yes, and if you choose yes, the signature message field will appear. Type your message, then hit ‘Save’.
