Purchase order email template

This setting was previously called: Editing purchase order email message.

Having a default message when sending to suppliers for purchase orders is important in the reduction of administrative work. You may have a specific type of email you wish to send out, and this allows you to send it every time to your suppliers. 


Tagging is available for use as well, and we highly recommend using tagging throughout the modules to create communications that will help your customers and you in reduction of overhead and wasted time spent communicating back and forth.  To understand how tags work, and which tags do which, please refer to this article: https://kb.commusoft.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/4406171191185

Throughout the system, there are modules that may be used to create communications. Most modules have tagging available, and you will see the option to add tags when you see this button.mceclip0.png


  1. Go to profile button > settings > use search functionality or navigate via the left-handed 'Categories' area > Purchase order email template.

  2. You may edit or add any items to your subject, and your body paragraph area. You may use tagging throughout. There will be a defaulted message you may delete if need be. Once you are finished, hit ‘Save’
