You can customise the list of on hold reasons in the dropdown. This is useful if you want to extend the default list of reasons. These are possible reasons that a job may be placed on hold for any amount of time.
- If you'd like to add new reasons, open your system setting and from the 'Jobs' section, open up the 'On hold reason' section.
- You will see a form on the left-hand side and a list of existing on hold reasons on the right-hand side. You can add your new on hold reason on the left and it will appear on the right when you click 'Add description'.
- Simply click, drag, and drop the on hold descriptions to reorder them. If you want to move an on hold description from page 2 to the top of the list, then change the number of on hold descriptions showing per page to 10 or more (depending on how many on hold descriptions you have).
- To edit or delete these, simply use the functions in the dialogue box next to each reason. When editing ensure you click 'save' afterwards to apply any changes. After clicking delete, you will need to type and click it once more to confirm.
