You can send automatic estimate emails to your engineers to tell them they have a new estimate booked. These can be edited and personalised to each estimate by entering tags, like the estimate date, customer name, location etc.
- In order to set this email up, first, go to your system settings. From the 'Estimates' section, open the 'Engineer estimate sheet email'.
- You will see a page with a subject line and a large box for your email content. Click 'Use tagging' to open the sidebar. Tags are used to personalise these emails to each estimate by job description, address, name, number etc.
- Start typing your message and click on the relevant tag when you want to enter customer data such as work address. Once you are happy with your message click 'Close tagging' and save.
