Types of buildings

Purpose: Types of buildings allows you to configure the drop-down for the list of the different types of buildings you work in, i.e. flat, house, semi-detached. Once saved you will be able to use that building type whenever you complete a job throughout Commusoft.

  1. Go to Profile Icon > Settings > Customers > Types of buildings > View

Assigning types of buildings

  1. Building types can be assigned when editing a customer/work address in the ‘Other details’ area. Navigate to a customer/work address > Edit customer / Edit Work address > Other details > Types of buildings > Select in the dropdown > Save.
