Email templates

Purpose: Email templates enhance efficiency by providing pre-drafted structures for commonly used messages, saving time and streamlining communication. Additionally, they play a vital role in maintaining consistency, crucial for businesses in establishing a consistent brand voice and message, ultimately building trust and credibility.

Please note:

  • Email templates are only supported within Opportunities or Sequences
  • Email templates cannot be used when sending manual emails via Customers/Jobs

  • Profile icon > Communications > Automation > Sequences > View > Add new sequence > Set up Email template > Save

Set up Email template

  • Name: Enter a valid template name
  • Subject: Enter a valid subject line to send to your Customer
    • To use tags, type [ and choose from the list of tags
  • Message: Set the Email content to send to your Customer 
    • To use tags, type [ and choose from the list of tags
