In this section, we can define various scenarios in which a customer will cancel an opportunity before sending the proposal, covering the range of potential reasons for such cancellations.
- The cancellation reason will be chosen by the assignee.
- Used prior to sending the Proposal.
Opportunity cancel reasons
- Profile > Settings > Opportunities > Opportunity cancel reasons > View.
Add new opportunity cancel reason
- Add new opportunity cancel reason > Enter the cancel reason> Save. Include all potential cancel reasons using the same process.
Edit a cancel reason
- Edit > Amend the reason > Save.
Delete a cancel reason
- Delete > Type delete > Delete.
