Self service branding

Purpose: Provide a consistent self service journey to your customers from job booking through to payment. Branding is significant for marketing your business, providing a connection with your customers and differentiating yourself from competitors.

Configure how the pages look across all self service tools for consistent branding colours throughout your self service tools by adding a logo and setting your preferred colours for text, tables and forms.

Available on Go Paperless and above.

Supported file formats for logo image are .jpg/jpeg, .png and .gif

Recommended logo image dimensions are 500 x 300px

View settings

Profile icon > Settings > Branding > Self service branding > View

  • Logo
    ‘Company logo’
      • Add - Upload company logo > Click to select or drag and drop file > Adjust area (if required)
                 > Save
      • Change - Change > Click to select file or drag and drop file > Adjust area (if required) > Save
      • Delete - Preview > Remove > Yes

  • Text colours
    ‘Primary text colour’ - Select colour in palette > Save
    ‘Secondary text colour’ - Select colour in palette > Save

  • Table/Sections
    ‘Title bar background colour’ - Select colour in palette > Save
    ‘Title bar primary font colour’ - Select colour in palette > Save
    ‘Title bar secondary colour’ - Select colour in palette > Save

  • Forms
    ‘Input highlight’ - Select colour in palette > Save
    ‘Button colour’ - Select colour in palette > Save
    ‘Button stroke’ Not currently in use
    ‘Button font colour’ - Select colour in palette > Save
    ‘Negative button colour’ - Select colour in palette > Save
         Used on After sales care portal ‘Thumbs down’ button
