Please note:
- The forms provided are only base files and must be reviewed and tested to meet your needs and current industry standards
- Recommendation to test on all platforms (Web, iOS and Andriod)
- Each form will download in a .zip format, DO NOT extract the zip file
- Must have Electrical industry in Profile icon > Settings > Industries
