Service plans

A service plan is a detailed document outlining specific tasks and responsibilities associated with a particular service provided. It serves as a roadmap for work to be done, covering elements such as the scope of work, materials and equipment to be used, resolution timeline, cost and payment terms, warranties or guarantees, and any special terms or conditions.

 


Add a New Plan

➡️ Go to Profile Icon > Settings > Customers > Service Plans.

  1. Click Add a new service plan.
  2. Type the plan name.
  3. Type the plan description.
  4. Click Add Service Plan.

Note: Service plans in active use on a customer cannot be deleted. 

 


Edit a Plan

➡️ Go to Profile Icon > Settings > Customers > Service Plans.

  1. Locate the service plan in the list.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Make the required changes.
  4. Click Save Service Plan.

 


Delete a Plan

➡️ Go to Profile Icon > Settings > Customers > Service Plans.

  1. Locate the service plan in the list.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. Type delete to confirm.
  4. Click Delete again.
