Terms and conditions are added to every estimate you create in the system. Read below how to configure these within Commusoft.
- Go to system settings, then in the 'Estimate' section, click 'Estimate terms and conditions'.
- On this page, you will have a place to input your text. Fill this in as needed and ensure to click 'Save'. Any text you place here will automatically show on all estimates.
- If you click on advanced options at the bottom of the screen you can add estimate terms and conditions here and you have the option of whether you want to send them to the customer or not when you create the estimate.
