Estimate terms and conditions

This module allows you to add terms and conditions to your estimates. These may include liability information, warranties, or any other necessary terms specific to your company. The terms and conditions are attached to all estimates created within Commusoft and will appear on both the PDF and portal versions.

 


Text Formatting

This module allows you to format your text, including font size, font type, indentations, alignments, bullets, and numbering. Tagging can also be used within both the subject line and body of the text.

 


View Setting

➡️ Go to Profile Button > Settings > Estimate Terms and Conditions > View

 


Add Terms and Conditions

  1. Enter your terms and conditions in the text box.
  2. Use text formatting as needed.
  3. Click Save.

 


Advanced Options

In the Advanced Options tab, you can add other terms and conditions with a new name. These additional terms can be manually added to each estimate before sending.

  1. After entering your terms, click Save T&C.
