Our HubSpot integration allows you to seamlessly share valuable company data across both platforms. Integrating workflows reduces time and entering information multiple times.
Please note:
- The integration is available on our Go Paperless plan or above.
- A Contact in HubSpot syncs as a Private customer in Commusoft.
- A Company in HubSpot syncs as a Company in Commusoft.
- Associate Companies with Contacts is not supported if you wish to add a company domain into HubSpot as a Contact you will need to disable this feature.
- A Contact manually associated with a Company via the Create form will import as a Contact against the Customer in Commusoft.
- The Create contact/Create company form must include the the Lifecycle stage.
- Imported Contacts must be set to Lifecycle stage = Customer
- Add required mapping fields to the Create contact/Create company form in HubSpot.
- Commusoft required fields must be mapped.
- The Title field is not supported, Contacts imported from HubSpot will use the Title at the top of your list in Commusoft: Titles
- Deleting the integration will lose the validation for any Contacts sent to or from HubSpot.
- Only records sent via the integration will be validated.
- When the integration is connected if you delete or edit a Contact in HubSpot; that was added after you integrated, the changes will reflect in Commusoft if you have Update Access enabled.
Connect to HubSpot
- Profile icon > Integrations > CRM > Add Integration > Connect to HubSpot > Connect to HubSpot > Choose account > Connect app
Connection settings
- Select the connection setting Sync data from HubSpot to Commusoft Only, Sync data from Commusoft to HubSpot only or Sync Two way > Continue
Please select what data you want to sync Write Access, Update Access, and Delete Access > Continue
Mapping HubSpot fields
You need to map fields between Commusoft and HubSpot, you can add more but must have the required fields as a minimum.
Map customer fields
- Please select all required values marked as * in the dropdown under the Commusoft field and the preferred option in the HubSpot field
Map company fields
- Please select all required values marked as * in the dropdown under the Commusoft field and the preferred option in the HubSpot field
Map contact fields
- Please select all required values marked as * in the dropdown under the Commusoft field and the preferred option in the HubSpot field
Managing the integration
Once the integration is set up you can edit settings in the Manage integration options.
- Profile icon > Integrations > CRM > Manage Integration
Deleting the integration
If you wish to delete the integration.
- Profile icon > Integrations > CRM > Disconnect
